Luis Mesquita, also known as CharruArt, is a Uruguayan artist born in 1977 in Montevideo.
His work spans a wide range of creative expressions, characterized by acrylic painting on canvas, mixed techniques, exploring themes of visionary art, primitivism, and magic, with influences from cubism and neocubism.
With extensive experience in various techniques, CharruArt ventures into contemporary art, creating assemblages and small sculptures intervened in his own style with recycled materials and modeling pastes. He also masters ceramics, modeling, and enamel painting.
